We've got big news! We have changed the name of our shop! After ten years we decided our old name just wasn't right for us. Still the same shop, same owners and same great coffee. So we are excited to begin anew this season as Blue Crow Gear and Gifts.
'Blue Crow' is the folk name for the Pinyon Jay, a year-round resident the West and specifically Pinyon-Juniper forests. We are inspired by what they symbolize: community care and stewardship of land.
These ideals guide us in how we manage our business, and how we show up for our community and the lands we live in. Stop by and say hi!
Outdoor Store
Blue Crow Gear & Gifts is on Main Street in the middle of Escalante, Utah. We carry a curated assortment of hiking, backpacking, camping, canyoneering and travel gear. We work with many independent artists, makers and jewelers to offer handmade gifts, jewelry, prints, notecards and souvenirs.
The Coffee Corner
We proudly serve organic, fair trade espresso drinks, coffee, frozen fruit smoothies & blended coffee milkshakes. Hang out and enjoy the view from our patio and native gardens. The Coffee Corner is the perfect spot to plan the day over a cappuccino or cool off after a hike with a smoothie.

After 9 successful years of taking our guests into the GSENM backcountry, we have decided to focus on other aspects of our business.
